    Dinner Buffet Style food service will be the right option for you if you desire a traditional feel. The food service will begin with light appetizers followed by a buffet meal comprised of an enticing selection of entrees and side dishes. With this style of food service, seating for every guest is highly recommended. The dinner is most commonly presented in a single continuous buffet with large dinner-sized plates; however, occasionally the dinner menu can be broken down into multiple stations.

    Cocktail Stations Style food service will allow for a less traditional ‘cocktail party’ feel. A selection of light appetizers is followed by a more substantial selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres and ‘mini meal’ stations. This type of food service naturally encourages guests to socialize while enjoying multiple smaller plates of food. This is also a great option if your venue is not large enough to allow seating for every guest.
