Our Process
- When we receive your quote request, we will give you a call and go over any additional details we may need. It’s usually a quick 5-10 minute phone call !
- After we’ve discussed your event, we will get a quote to you usually within a day or two. After that, it’s not uncommon to make revisions after the initial quote before proceeding to contract.
- To secure our services, we require a deposit and a signed contract. You can still make changes to your menu and bar selections after you’ve signed the contract. We don’t require a final headcount until about 10 days before your event date.
- Leading up to the event, we’re only a phone call or email away and will answer any questions you may have regarding your event. We pride ourselves on maintaining quick and constant communication with our clients.
